Per New York Regulations, People aged 5 and above must show proof of vaccination to enter the restaurant. We enforce this for indoor and outdoor dining. 

We accept walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.


RESERVATIONSFINE PRINT / Proof of vaccination is required from all guests. For parties of 5 or more, there is a $10 per person cancellation fee for no shows and cancellations 6 hours prior to the reservation time.

La Bonne Soupe opened our doors in 1973. We are a casual café with a wide selection of French classics alongside seasonal dishes that borrow from the rich culinary traditions of francophone cultures. Our guiding principle is “ici pas de chi chi” or here, there is no fuss!
